    • How Private Events Work

        Brainstorm

        It all starts with an idea. We recommend brainstorming a basic plan for your group, including the interests of the group, possible experiences topics, and approximate date and size of the group.

        Submit

        The next step is to fill out the Private Event Request Form below, including all details possible and feel free to call our support line (312-945-8011) with any questions. A friendly little reminder: make sure to hit the Send Form button when done!

        Collaborate

        Upon receiving your Private Event Request, the Dabble Team will work with you to organize all details. Your group's experience will be handpicked from our top-rated teachers and experiences.

    • Important Details

      • Event Host Standards

        We only place top-rated event partners for private experiences. Top-rated event partners are those who have previously hosted events with Dabble and have received very positive reviews.

      • Venue Requirements

        You may suggest using a venue you have access to, or the event will take place at a venue of the teacher's choice based on your location preference and budget.

      • Schedule Flexibility

        The only restrictions are simply when your preferred event host or experience is available. Please request your ideal date & time on the Private Event Request Form, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

      • Group Size Options

        Depending on the nature of the topic, and type of private group, event sizes could range from a 1 to 1,000+ people. Please include a minimum and maximum range to the best of your knowledge when completing the Private Event Request.

      • Associated Costs

        There are many factors that go into the price for a private group, including size, materials, experience, and time of day. Generally, events start at $40/person but each event partner has a different budge. Please include your ideal budget in the Private Event Request Form to help us plan the best experience for you.
